With multiple phases of expansion, including a 4 MW captive solar power plant and 36,000 automated spindles, the facility represents a benchmark in modern textile manufacturing.
The project demanded a power distribution network capable of supporting continuous 24x7 operation and precision-controlled equipment. The HPCL-Mittal Energy Limited (HMEL) refinery, one of the most advanced refining complexes in India, processes over 11.3 million metric tonnes per annum (MMTPA). The facility includes integrated petrochemical units, utilities, and offsite facilities requiring large-scale, dependable electrical systems.
Our involvement focused on designing and delivering high-reliability power distribution and control systems to meet stringent operational standards and safety norms of the refinery sector.
